Meet Wes Cutcliffe, DO

J. Wesley Cutcliffe, D.O. practices at Surgical Clinic, PC. Dr. Cutcliffe earned his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.

His focus includes general surgery, robotic and minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopic procedures.

Dr. Cutcliffe’s mother was an Operating Room nurse for more than 40 years, which sparked Dr. Cutcliffe’s interest at a young age. After working as an OR scrub technician at Baptist South in Montgomery and as a multicare technician at EAMC, his interest in practicing was reaffirmed. Dr. Cutcliffe chose to come back to EAMC because of his positive experience as a multicare technician and for the educational and social opportunities of living in the growing community for he and his family.

Originally from Montgomery, Dr. Cutcliffe and his wife, Caroline, have two children, Mason and John Thomas. His hobbies include Auburn University sports, hiking, camping and woodworking.
